There are early reports that Rockstar Games has already begun working on the next Grand Theft Auto 6 because of the huge success of GTA 5, one of the top 10 games of all time.

GTA 5 was released in November 2013 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, followed by the newer consoles and Windows PC.

According to a Reddit user, the next GTA 6 has a very unique map, which has San Andreas in the southwest and Las Venturas in the San Andreas territory.

San Fiero will be north of San Andreas where San Francisco used to be. The Vice City will be at the right side of Las Venturas while at the top of it lies Liberty City.

It is very possible that the GTA 6 will have the biggest map in all GTA Games because Rockstar Producer Leslie Benzies said in 2012 that they are indeed thinking of making a map where players can visit all the game's main cities.

Benzies said that at some point, they would like to have a big world that contains all their cities and let players fly between them, allowing players to revisit favorite areas.

New consoles now have more powerful capabilities and to make the games even bigger, developers will release faster frame rate, higher visual quality and huge maps. There might also be new female protagonists this time.

Some speculations also claim that GTA 6 will be a new World of Warcraft, depending on consumer habits and gaming trends in the coming years.

According to rumors, Rockstar is still working on Red Dead Redemption 2 right now, so while Rockstar is said to be developing the upcoming GTA 6, the game won't likely be released until 2018.

The GTA 6 may not be released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 but is expected to be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
