According to Squawka, on joining Internacional in 2015, the former Manchester United man has impressed in the Brazilian Serie A.
Towards the end of the season, Anderson restored a little of the lost luster, as he became a regular in his club's starting eleven. In his 30 appearances for the season, the 27- year-old footballer has provided four assists and registered 81 percent pass accuracy.
Hebei Fortune have already had a $6.2 million offer rejected by Inter, but the team is expected to make an improved offer in the coming days, according to Tribal Football.
Chinese outfits have been very active in enticing South American players to move to continue their football career in China.
Recently, Brazilian midfielder Renato Augusto confirmed his $11.6 million transfer to Beijing Guoan from present Brazilian Serie A champions Corinthians.
Midfielder Jadson moved to China in December after Corinthians accepted a $5.4 million offer from Tianjin Songjiang. The club also signed Luis Fabiano from Sao Paulo in the same month.
Sao Paulo midfielder Elias has reportedly been offered a $10 million deal by Hebei China Fortune. Chinese outfits are also showing interest in Vagner Love.
In a recent development, it was reported that Corinthians has accepted a proposal to send Pato to the Chinese 2nd tier side notwithstanding speculations linking the former AC Milan striker with a move back to Europe.
There were six Brazilians in Guangzhou Evergrande squad that won the past five league titles. Among them are former national team players Paulinho, Robinho and Ricardo Goulart.
Brazil's 2002 World Cup winning manager Luiz Felipe Scolari is club's coach.
