China’s Vivo Launches Flagship X6 Plus Smartphone

Chinese company Vivo has introduced its new flagship smartphone called the X6 Plus, which resembles Apple's iPhone.
Vivo is one of China's smartphone manufacturers that is known for quality and innovative technology. The Vivo X6 Plus smartphone looks somewhat similar to Apple's popular device, the iPhone 6.

At first glance, the X6 Plus design will instantly remind users of the iPhone 6. The body of the phone is enclosed by a metallic body and it has antenna bandings at the back. The smartphone is handy as it is only measures 158.4 x 80 x 6.9 mm (6.24 x 3.15 x 0.27 in) size and weighs 171 g (6.03 oz).
Vivo X6 Plus handset features a 5.7-inch 1080 x 1920 AMOLED display screen, which according to the company, can deliver vibrant color reproduction, deep black color, sharp images, and wide viewing angles. The handheld device is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core Snapdragon 616 processor paired with 4GB of RAM. The device comes with a built-in 64GB internal storage that is expandable up to 128GB via external SD card slot.
The X6 Plus smartphone sports a 13-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter, which is capable of taking clearer selfie images. The device also supports phase and face detection feature, touch focus, autofocus, geo-tagging and can take HDR and panorama photos.
The device is running an Android 5.0.2 Lollipop operating system and is powered by 3000mAh non removable battery.
Moreover, the smartphone also features a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) slot, Wi-Fi, GPS, FM, Bluetooth, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India), Ambient light sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, and Gyroscope.
