Ramirez of Premier League side Chelsea is set to depart the club to join the Chinese outfit Jiangsu Suning, while Corinthians striker Pato is set to join the Blues on loan.

The 28-year-old midfielder signed a new four-year contract with Chelsea in October last year and is now being offered a deal of similar duration by Jiangsu Suning. Suning is being managed by former Chelsea defender Dan Petrescu.
According to The Irish Times, the big-time spending Chinese outfit is willing to pay an initial $28 million for the Brazilian footballer.

Meanwhile, former AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato is set to become a part of The Blues on loan.
According to the Express, Hiddink seems to have settled on the worth of Pato - for the time being at least - after a deal was struck initially for the player between Mourinho and Corinthians
Pato's poor injury record has been an issue, but with a loan deal, Chelsea can make an assessment on whether the Brazilian striker can make it in the Premiere League.
Pato left Italy in 2013 after succumbing to injuries and loss of form. He returned back to Brazil with Corinthians but was on loan at fellow Brazilian side Sao Paulo. In his stint with the Tricolor, Pato rediscovered his confidence, scoring 26 goals in 59 appearances in all competitions to steer the club to qualify for this year's Copa Libertadores.
Pato recently turned down a stupendous financial bonanza from China League One side Tianjin Quanjian.
