Ramirez of the Premier League side Chelsea has agreed on a whooping £25 million (US$35 million) transfer deal to depart the club and join Chinese outfit Jiangsu Suning, making him the most expensive player in the history of the Chinese football.
The Stamford Bridge-based club announced Ramirez's departure in a statement posted on the outfit's website on Wednesday along with a photo of the Brazil national lifting the English Premier League title and a short video of the player scoring a goal at Barcelona in the 2011-12 Champions League semifinals staged at the Camp Nou stadium was also shown.

Ramirez has made a total of 251 appearances for Chelsea, netting 34 goals.
The 28-year-old midfielder had signed a new four-year contract with Chelsea club in October last year. However, since Guus Hiddink took over in December, Ramires has not started a Premier League match under the veteran Dutch manager.
If everything falls into place, the former Benfica midfielder will surpass the former Botafogo striker Elkeson as the highest paid player in China. Elkerson completed a $19.5 million (£14 million) move from the Chinese Super League champions Guangzhou Evergrande to their rivals Shanghai SIPG last week.
Jiangsu Suning has been very busy in the transfer market and seems to be prepared to spend lots of money. The football side currently competes in the Chinese Super League, the highest tier in professional football in China and finished ninth in the 2015 season campaign under the former Romania and Chelsea defender Dan Petrescu,
In the recent developments, Jiangsu Suning was also successful in acquiring the services of the PEC Zwolle and Australian defender Trent Sainsbury.
The wealthy outfit has also been associated with astonishing offers for Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure and Trabzonspor Paraguayan forward Oscar Cardozo.
