Another Australian football player has joined the list of foreign players coming to China.
Australian national soccer team player James Troisi has signed to the Chinese Super League side Liaoning Whowin.
Troisi has been a free agent after breaking off ties with Saudi football club Al-Ittihad earlier this month. The Australian national reportedly had offers on the table from four A-League clubs, including hometown side Adelaide United. He was also the subject of interest of clubs in America's Major League Soccer and elsewhere in Asia.

However, Troisi has chosen to accept the remunerative deal from Liaoning Whowin.
The 27-year-old Troisi is famously known as the man who scored the decisive goal of the 2015 Asian cup Finals in extra time to give the Socceroos the prestigious title. He has made 28 international appearances and netted four goals.
The Belgian-based Aussie began his club career in Newcastle, England, before his stints in Turkey, Italy and back home in Australia with Melbourne Victory.
The Australian midfielder will be joining the Chinese Super League side's new foreign acquisitions Congolese central defender Assani Lukimya-Mulongoti and his fellow Socceroos and former Perth Glory captain Michael Thwaite.
Thwaite was part of the Australian under-20s squad in the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship that was held in the United Arab Emirates. He was a team member of the Australian national team that qualified for the 2014 World Cup.
Troisi's switch follows countrymen Ryan McGowan and Trent Sainsbury's transfer to China. McGowan joined Henan Jianye, while Sainsbury signed with the Jiangsu Suning.
Liaoning Whowin Football Club is based in Panjin, Liaoning Province and their home ground is the Liaoning Panjin Stadium that has a seating capacity of over 35,000. The outfit finished 12th place in the last season of the China's premier football competition.
