Huawei Y6 Pro vs. Huawei Honor 5X vs. LG Nexus 5X: Features, Specs and Price Comparison

The Nexus 5X comes with a 5.2in display, while the Honor 5X comes with a 5.5in screen. This is bigger than the Y6 Pro's 5-inch HD display with 720 x 1280 resolution and 294 ppi.

In terms of performance, the Nexus 5X sports a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 chipset clocked at 1.8 GHz, while the Honor 5X comes with an octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor and the Y6 Pro a MediaTek MT673P with quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex A53. The Nexus 5X runs on the newest Android Marshmallow system, giving users the Doze mode, Now on Tap and Apps permission features. On the other hand, both the Y6 Pro and Honor 5X still run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with EMUI on top.

The Nexus 5X comes with 16 GB or 32 GB in-built storage with no microSD support, whereas the Y6 Pro and Honor 5X both have 16 GB of internal storage with expandable storage of up to 128 GB. The latter has 2 GB and 3 GB RAM configuration variants, while the Y6 Pro comes with 2 GB of RAM.

When it comes to cameras, the Nexus 5X , Y6 Pro and Honor 5X all boast of 13 MP main cameras with f/2.0 aperture and 5 MP front snapper. The Honor 5X comes with a 3000 mAh battery unit, while the Y6 Pro comes with a 4000 mAh one. The Nexus 5X has 2700 mAh battery capacity.

The Huawei Y6 Pro costs about $533, the Huawei Honor 5X about $330 and the Nexus 5X $379 for its 16 GB variant.
