NBA Recap: Miami Heat Routs Phoenix Suns, Dwyane Wade Drops 27 Points

Eastern Conference fourth leading team Miami Heat downed the Western Conference second-last club Phoenix Suns with a 108-92 victory at the American Airlines Arena on Thursday evening.
Starting guard Dwyane Wade led the Heat with a team-high 27 points to go along with 7 assists and 4 rebounds in 33.00 minutes of game action.

Former Phoenix player Goran Dragic finished the night with 25 points and Luol Deng chipped in 12 points for Miami, who never trailed on the way to claiming their 35th victory in 61 games played this season.
Hassan Whiteside and Justise Winslow contributed 9 points each with Whiteside grabbing 11 rebounds for the Heat. The team built a big 21-point lead in the first half of the game.
Joe Johnson and Amar'e Stoudemire scored 8 points each for the victors.
It was the 46th loss of the Suns in 61 matches. They are currently 4-25 in games played on road this season and have won just one their last ten games played. Phoenix is just three wins ahead of the Los Angeles Lakers, who sit at bottom-low in the West's team standings.
The Suns are the third-overall poorest performing squad in the league for this season.
"We all know that our main guys are out," Phoenix interim coach Earl Watson said. "That's not even a secret, but we make no excuses."
Devin Booker led the Suns with a game-high 34 points in 39.23 minutes in the hardcourt. The rookie guard went 11 for 21 from the field, made 3 of 7 from the three-point marker and shot perfect 9 for 9 from the foul line.
Forward Alex Len had a double-double game production of 12 points and 13 rebounds and Mirza Teletovic dropped 11 points, while Archie Goodwin and P.J. Tucker had 10 apiece for the Suns.
Miami dominated the whole game, ending the first half with a 57-43 lead. In the final two quarters of the match, Miami continued their game and eased past Phoenix with an easy win.
