Apple is said to launch the next iPhone in 2017,

Just like the iPhone 4 and 4S, the new device will come with a glass chassis instead of a full-metal one.

The rear and front panels are speculated to be made of glass, fitted with metal. The handset will reportedly feature a new curved form factor design and a curved display with thin bezels. It is rumored to come with Apple's largest display at 5.8 inches but with a smaller form factor than its predecessors. Another screen size could be at 4.8 inches and both devices are said to sport AMOLED displays.

A couple of leaked iPhone 7 case photos surfaced online, suggesting a design that looks like the iPhone 6S. It also displays a big hole for the phone's rear camera and LED flash, potentially confirming speculations that claim Apple will kill the camera bump on the iPhone 7.

The alleged iPhone 2017 case does not show any 3.5 mm audio jack slot which means users could still listen to music via the Lightning port or bluetooth headphones. Its equalized speaker grills on both sides of the handset could possibly deliver stereo sound output.

All iPhone 7 models are rumored not to have horizontal antenna bands on the back panels. There is also a speculated high end iPhone 7 Plus version which is speculated to be an "iPhone 7 Pro" variant that will sport a dual-camera.

Other rumors include a new Apple A10 chip, wireless charging and a bend-free design. When it comes to biometric recognition, the 2017 iPhone is speculated to feature a facial or iris scanner. Apple is said to be currently working on the 2017 iPhones this year.
