During the interview, Kenneth shared that he is looking into Hong Kong's declining real estate market as he intends to buy a new apartment.
Natalie responded and jokingly asked Kenneth why he intends to buy an apartment when he does not even have a wife. The "Triumph in the Skies" actor, promptly replied and simply said, "I want to buy a bigger apartment so my family can live with me."
The "Raising the Bar" actress, however, also expressed her interest to invest and explained that she wants to buy one before she gets married, so it eventually does not become joint property.
As for why he remains to be a bachelor? Natalie answered in behalf of Kenneth and explained why he is still single.
"He is extremely picky. He wants her to be pretty and just perfect in every aspect," she said. "It's like trying to choose a property. He takes a long time," she added.
Kenneth agreed and confirmed that the information Natalie just dished out were true.
"Yes that's true. I do have high standards," he said. So, what does a girl have to have to catch Kenneth's heart? Well, first, the handsome actor said that she has to be rich, as he prefers someone who can also support him financially. Second, she should know how to cook and third, "she has to be good in bed."
