Google is making a major change to the way it presents its search results. The search engine giant is changing the font color of its search results to black instead of the color blue, which has been the default color for many years.

It is important to note that only the search results heading color will be changed. The text underneath it will remain black, while the URL address of the host website will remain green.

This is not the first time that Google has made changes to the colors of its search results page. A few years ago, the tech giant started to use a different shade of blue for its Gmail ads search result links. The company found out that users tend to click on the links that have a shade of blue with a slight purple tinge to it.

A more recent test conducted by Google involves its navigation buttons. The search giant tested navigation buttons that are blue in color instead of red. Google found out that its users liked the blue color more, and eventually it replaced the red navigational buttons.
