Chinese company Coolpad Group has officially unveiled a new smartphone called the Coolpad Max at a launch event that took place in Indonesia. The handset is said to come with the "World's first Dual Space feature" that allows users to have two different accounts in just one mobile device.

Specs-wise, the Coolpad Max features a 7.6mm slim body and weighs about 170 grams. It sports a 5.5-inch display screen with a resolution of 1,080 x 1,920 pixels (Full HD), protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass 4 "anti-scratch and anti-fingerprint coating", according to Coolpad.

In terms of the camera, the device has a 13 megapixel rear-facing unit with f/2.0 lens and a 5 megapixel shooter on the front. Inside, the phone comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 MSM8952 1.5 GHz 64 bit Octa-core chipset, 4GB of RAM, 32GB/64GB of built-in memory storage and a 2,800 mAh battery.

The battery is said to feature Qualcomm's Quick Charge 3.0, allowing users to get over 48 hours of talk time with only 5 minutes of charging. Design-wise, the device consists of 97 percent of pure metal with a chassis that is accompanied by a 1.4mm slim dual-antenna line, which is thinner than most of the other smartphones out there. Other specs include a fingerprint sensor for advanced security and App Shortcut, One Key Dial, Quick Capture and many more.

As for the Dual Space feature, it enables users to have two different accounts on many social media applications such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and BBM, among others. According to the company, this allows users "to separate their personal and professional life".
