Grogan-Cannella was last seen earlier Monday night at 11:40 p.m.
According to her family's description, Grogan-Cannella weighs 85 pounds and stands 4 feet, 8 inches tall. She has blue eyes and shoulder-length dark blonde hair.
The family recalled that Grogan-Cannella was last seen wearing dark shorts, a ruffled green tank top, and may have been barefoot the night she disappeared.
In addition to the local police department, the FBI, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and members of the Gilbert Child Abduction Response Team (CART) have joined in the search for Grogan-Cannella. The Bullhead City Police Department is also asking for assistance from those in the surrounding area to report any information or possible sightings.
The surrounding area has been covered with search crews going into local parks, neighborhoods, and the river. It has also been reported that a Careflight helicopter assisted the search parties.
On Wednesday, Police Lt. Jerry Duke reported that there we not any notable signs of a break-in, and he does not expect any foul play at the moment. However, despite the lack of evidence, Lt. Duke has reported that investigators have not yet ruled out an abduction.
Bullhead City is located approximately 100 miles southeast of Las Vegas and runs along the Colorado River.
Police have publicly asked that anyone with information regarding Grogan-Cannella's possible whereabouts or any sightings to report to the Bullhead City Police Department at (928)-763-1999.
