(Photo : DC Comics) iZombie is an American television series developed by Rob Thomas and Diane Ruggiero-Wright for The CW.
It was just last April when the hit CW comedy crime drama television series, "iZombie," completed its second season. Since the series was renewed for a third installment in March, fans could not wait to find out the future of the characters that they are rooting for.
It can be recalled that the finale episode of the previous season showed Liv (Rose Mclver), along with Major (Robert Buckley) and Det. Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) raided the party of Vaughn (Steven Weber). Fans witness Liv killing the Super Max zombie, Drake. Major also killed Vaughn and the entrepreneur's zombie daughter, Rita. The finale also showed Peyton (Aly Michalka) being abducted by Mr. Boss. At the end of the said explosive episode, it was revealed that Vivian is making a Zombie army, and plans to make Seattle an international headquarters for their undead army, cites Entertainment Weekly.

On the other hand, reports claims that although "iZombie" Season 3 will focus more on Liv's team, supporters of the series are anxious about the romance between her and Major, given that her love interest is now a zombie like her. In Mclver's interview with TV Line, she said that her character will find it hard to be with Major, knowing that Liv loss two of her boyfriends, but the actress added that Liv and Major love each other.
Meanwhile, rumors has it that Mclver wants Goodwin's character, Clive, to find its happiness in "iZombie" Season 3. It was said that Liv was the main reason why Clive had to break up with Dale Bozzio (Jessica Harmon). Rumors also noted that Liv's best friend, Peyton Charles, has been promoted to be one of the regulars in the series.
As of the moment, there is still no official statement coming from the camp of the series that would confirm the plot of "iZombie" Season 3. Despite of that, it is speculated that the next installment will still be a Liv and Barbineaux's show in Seattle Police Department.
