More Arrests Likely to Be Made in Case of Holly Bobo's Kidnapping and Murder

Following the discovery of Holly Bobo's skull on a rural road near the woods where she was last seen, the young woman's fate has been sealed although authorities' quest to deliver her justice is far from over.

According to the Decatur County Sheriff Keith Byrd, more arrests are likely to be made in relation to the case of the kidnapped and murdered the 20-year-old University of Tennessee nursing student in April 2011.

During a press conference held on Tuesday, Byrd, who considers himself a Bobo family friend, announced that finding Holly's assailants and those involved in the crime is his top priority.

"We're gonna hunt these people until we find them. They can run, but they can't hide," he declared.

On Sunday, two men looking for ginseng stumbled upon a skull in the woods along County Corner Road near Holladay where the victim was last seen.

Following the report, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations (TBI) confirmed the remains' identity based on Holly's dental records.

Past reports stated that four men have already been indicted for her disappearance including friends Zachary Rye Adams and Jason Wayne Autry.

In March, authorities announced that the 30-year-old Adams had been arrested based on charges including aggravated kidnapping and felony first-degree murder of the 20-year-old student.

A month later, his longtime friend Autry was arrested based on the same charges. Both suspects pleaded not guilty to the crime.

Two other men, brothers Jeffrey and Mark Pearcy, were also charged on May 29 for being accessories to the crime after investigators found out that they had tampered with evidence.

Authorities believe that the two know the location of video footage showing the young victim alive following her abduction.

Sandra King, Jeffrey Pearcy's friend, testified in court claiming that she saw a portion of the video showing Holly tied up with Adams in the background.
