Xiaomi has reportedly sealed an agreement with LG Display which will allow it to buy curved displays. LG Display has the technology even if its smartphones have not used it yet. The leaked image showed a home button with a silver outline, similar to the Xiaomi Mi 5's home button design.
The Mi Note 2 is expected to sport a 5.7-inch Quad HD display with a Snapdragon 821 processor, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. It is also likely to come with a 4,000 mAh capacity battery and the Force Touch feature. The Mi Note 2 could be priced at 3,487 CNY($526).
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is being compared to the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. While both devices boast of a 5.7-inch Quad HD display, the Mi Note 2 has a bigger RAM than the Galaxy Note 7's 4 GB RAM. The Mi Note 2's battery is also larger, and it has a cheaper price tag.
Xiaomi has not confirmed any of the aforementioned information, so readers are expected to take it with a pinch of salt.
