Mary Barra, chief executive officer of car company General Motors, said in a speech at the Intelligent Transport System World Congress in Detroit, Mich., on Sunday that the company will introduce a new model of Cadillac in two years that would drive itself on the road without the driver ever pressing the pedal or touching the steering wheel.
