Education on Aug. 22, 2014: Following a decade of double-digit growth, the number of Chinese students applying to US graduate schools, mainly in engineering and science programs, has fallen flat. Still, the 300,000 Chinese students in America represent one in three international students enrolled in US graduate degree programs.
