Chinese smartphone maker Gionee officially launched its latest device - the Gionee Steel 2 smartphone - in China for the price of CNY 1,299 (approximately $191 / Rs. 13,000).

An upcoming Gionee smartphone has been spotted by China's telecommunication equipment certification authority or commonly known as TENAA. The latest device was dubbed as the Gionee M2017 which features a gigantic 6GB RAM and 7000mAh capacity battery.
