The movie teaser for the live-action remake of the Disney animated classic has set a record after it was released on Monday. "Beauty and the Beast" became the most watched movie teaser in a 24-hour period, surpassing the record set by "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

Beauty and the Beast would not be complete without the charismatic, yet rebellious, candelabra, Lumière. According to a story published today by The Hollywood Reporter, Walt Disney Pictures just found the perfect person to play Beast's best friend in the live-adaptation of Beauty and the Beast-Ewan McGregor.

Looks like the best character to portray Belle's brainless but gorgeous suitor Gaston, has been found! Luke Evans, who was last seen on the big screen for his role as Bard in the The Hobbit series, is currently in talks to play the part of the fine-looking villain in Disney's upcoming live-action "Beauty and the Beast." The Wrap and Variety first reported the exciting news on Wednesday. While Luke has tweeted a link to the report, representatives from Walt Disney has not yet released an official statement.
