Names such as George Gervin, Bernard King, Alex English, Dave Bing, “Pistol” Pete Maravich, David Thompson, Dominique Wilkins, Tim Hardaway, Chris Webber, and Steve Nash are some that would come to mind as superstars who did not get the chance to play for the title. As for the Cavs’ Kevin Love, he clearly does not want to join the list of the NBA’s All-Star underachievers.
