Actor-comedian Andy was arrested on suspicion of stealing a man's $1,000 chain necklace, then riding off on a bicycle with it. He was released on $25,000 bail around 5 a.m. after being arrested Friday night, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Joran Van der Sloot, the prime suspect in 2005 disappearance of Natalie Holloway, was stabbed and seriously injured at a Peruvian maximum prison, according to reports. However, Peruvian authorities denied the reports.

Oregon 'mommy blogger' Jillian McCabe was arraigned Tuesday on suspicion of killing her autistic son by throwing him off Newport, Oregon's Yaquina Bay Bridge. McCabe was charged with murder, aggravated murder, first and second degree manslaughter. She was held on $1 million bail with her next scheduled hearing set for November 12.
