The yet to be released Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and the Galaxy Note 4 might come as premium devices when they arrive in several regions upon their release.

This is because the Note Edge and the Note 4 will be the first smartphones in some countries compatible with 4G bands and will have the capability for carrier aggregation in the 1800 MHz and 700 MHz bands.

This means the devices can offer faster and better speeds with the 4G network.

According to reports, Apple and Samsung constantly compete in 4G improvements. For people excited to get their hands on these devices, Mashable listed all the dates they'll have to remember.

The Samsung Galaxy Note costs US$949 and pre-orders will start on Oct. 15. Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is priced at US$1,249 and the Samsung Gear VR at US$249.

The Gear VR is a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 accessory powered by the Note device to give a VR movie and gaming experience.

While the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have hit the market, no carrier aggregation has been announced in some countries and this will attract more customers to the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and Note 4 for better LTE performance.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is already open for pre-order in South Korea. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is considered a limited edition handset by the company.

According to reports, Samsung confirmed a limited releases of the Note Edge, as mentioned in a press conference in South Korea.
