It's been over a year since Grand Theft Auto V came out and Rockstar still hasn't confirmed an official release date of the most anticipated Heists DLC.
Rockstar was originally supposed to release Heists to Online play during sometime in the spring season. However, it was later pushed back and promised to be released at an unknown date "sometime this year."

With only a couple months before the 2015-year begins, the promise of "sometime this year" is slowly closing in. This has led many GTA enthusiasts across social media left wondering if Heists will be coming before the Nov 18 next-gen GTA V release date.
Logically, October can be ruled out as the month when Heists are released. Rockstar already released the 1.17 "Last Team Standing" update on Oct 2. If it were to release another update this month, it almost certainly would be some sort of Halloween DLC that's been speculated by multiple media outlets.
Considering Rockstar typically release updates on a Tuesday, Nov. 4 and Nov. 11 could be potential dates for a DLC.
However, Veteran's Day, the national holiday where U.S. honors members of its military, falls on Nov. 11. YouTube's DomisLive and Chrom3xModz have leaked credible info found in source code about a potential Army DLC, leading many to speculate to be released on Veterans Day.
It's possible Heists could be released on Nov. 18 along with the new versions of GTA V for Playstation 4 and Xbox One that are set to be released, or even the following week on Nov 25. However from a business perspective, Rockstar most likely wouldn't want to distract their next-gen release with the addition of Heists.
If Rockstar is indeed going to release the Heists DLC sometime this year as they promised, then all signs are pointing toward one of the Tuesdays during the month of December.
