Verizon Wireless has revealed a new teaser for the Motorola Droid Turbo, which will debut on October 28.
A month ago, Android enthusiasts had a wealth of information about the latest Android-powered devices out in stores for the holiday season. Motorola, however, surprised enthusiasts with an unannounced powerful handset to be launched Oct. 28.
The Motorola Droid Turbo is made exclusively for U.S. carrier, Verizon and may be available for purchase on Oct. 30. According to @MotoFirmware, the Droid Turbo will be out on Tuesday as retail stores have already stocked the new handset.

There are leaked images of its retail packaging, as well. The package includes the black Droid Turbo handset, a user manual, Turbo charger, stereo headset, USB data transfer cable and 4G Verizon SIM.
According to rumors, there will also be a red Droid Turbo available. The Motorola Droid Turbo will be priced at US$599 with no contract and US$299 with a two year service contract.
The Motorola Droid Turbo comes with a 5.2-inch quad HD display with 2560 x 1440 pixels screen resolution. It's powered by Snapdragon 805 SoC which is clocked at 2.7 GHz processing speed, complemented by Adreno 420 graphics and 3 GB of RAM.
The handset's rear panel features a 21 megapixel camera with dual-LED flash. It will run on Android 4.4.4 KitKat out of the box and come with 3,900 mAh battery capacity which can last for a maximum of 48 hours on a single charge.
Verizon hasn't confirmed the Motorola Droid Turbo will be the centerpiece of the event in New York City but the invitation states it will be about the newest Droid.
