(Photo : Photo by Clive Mason/Getty Images) Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink has revealed that the club negotiated a good transfer deal with Jiangsu Suning for the player as a way to reward him for his hardwork for the team.
Guus Hiddink, coach of the reigning 2014-2015 Premier League champions Chelsea, says that Ramires was given a favorable occasion to ink a prodigious monetary deal with a big spending Chinese team as a recompense for the foregoing performances of the Brazilian footballer.
Ramires completed his transfer deal to the Chinese Super League club Jiangsu Suning this week.

The professional Brazilian football player agreed to a record-setting £25 million transfer deal to depart the club and join the Chinese outfit, making him the most expensive player in the history of the Chinese football.
The former Benfica midfielder has been with The Blues since 2010. He had signed a new four-year contract for the Chelsea club in October last year. However, since Guus Hiddink took over in December, Ramires has not started a Premier League match under the veteran Dutch interim manager.
The Netherlands former manager admitted that the offer from the cash-rich Jiangsu Suning was "huge."
"Ramires had very good performances in the past, with important contributions," Hiddink said.
"He is 28 and had this huge offer from a club in China. The club talked about that and [decided to] give him what he could get in China."
"He was not playing frequently but the club had the attitude to reward him and give him this beautiful transfer," he added.
Before Ramires signed a new deal with Stamford Bridge and seemingly committed to a long-term future to the Blues, several European clubs had shown interest and enquired about the midfielder.
He was signed by Chelsea from Benfica for £19m and made 247 appearances for the club.
