Shanghai is expected to bask under the scorching heat of the sun for another week and a couple of days, according to forecasters on Wednesday. The high temperatures in Shanghai are expected to persist a little bit longer as the heat wave is set to continue for at least another 10 days, China.org.cn has learned.

The temperatures in Xinjiang are unstoppable as they continue to lift the mercury to unbearable degrees. This Saturday, local media reported that certain areas of Xinjiang continue to be scorched by the heat wave and the temperatures are expected not to go down anytime sooner.
