Reports are making waves that La Maggica will sell Ivorian striker Gervinho to Chinese Super League side Jiangsu Suning in a lucrative deal.
According to a Gazzeta World, the wealthy Chinese outfit has tendered a proposal of $11 million to get the services of the Ivorian Gervinho, and an agreement could be completed to close in the deal over the next three or four days time.

Gervinho is no longer part of Roma's plans since his mentor Rudi Garcia was fired and he could receive $9 million per year in China, according to Football Italia.
Roma sacked the French coach after a poor run during which the side managed to win only one out of their last ten matches in all competitions and only one out of their last seven Serie A matches.
Gervais Yao Kouassi (better known as Gervinho) started his football career at an Ivorian football club ASEC Abidjan. The side that produced the likes of Bonaventure Kaou, Didier Zokora, Emmanuel Eboue, Salomon Kalou, Romaric, Didier Ya Konan and Yaya Toure.
Gervinho played for Toumodi before moving to the now-defunct Beveren in 2004. He played in the French Ligue 1 with the Le Mans and Lille during his stint in the league between 2007 and 2011.
He was sold to Arsenal in 2011 and moved to Roma in 2013 following Rudi Garcia's appointment as Lupi manager. He has made 71 appearances for the Ivorian national team, scoring 20 goals.
Jiangsu Suning has been very busy in the transfer market and seems to have a particular interest in the Milanese clubs. They finished ninth in the 2015 season campaign under former Genoa defender Dan Petrescu.
Recently, the Chinese outfit has agreed to a deal with AC Milan in order to get the services of the Brazilian Luiz Adriano for around $15 million.
Jiangsu Suning FC had an offer for Sampdoria forward Eder, but he turned down the deal that would have earned him over $5 million per season.
