Rockstar Games have finally responded to Lindsay Lohan's recent filed lawsuit against Grand Theft Auto V, which she claims Rockstar based a character in the game off her image and lifestyle without permission.
The lawsuit that was filed last month in July claims the GTA V character called "Lacy Jonas" shows a very definitive resemblance to Lindsay Lohan, stating that Lohan's voice, style and image were all used in the game without her permission.

Rockstar's subsidiary company, Take-Two Interactive Software, is now furiously demanding for Lindsay Lohan's case to be dismissed while accusing her for suing Rockstar as just a publicity stunt.
Lacey Jonas is portrayed as a famous actor, but is a very small character in GTA V in terms of importance.
Players can find Jonas during a small mission in downtown "Vinewood" that requires driving her home as she's hiding from the paparazzi.
During the drive, Jonas talks about the problems she has with being famous while admitting she's anorexic. The character Michael in the game then says he doesn't know who she is, and Jonas yells, "I'm the voice of a generation!"
Lindsay Lohan's main argument supporting the "Lacey Jonas character is her" claim, describes a mission at a hotel in the game that highly resembles Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, which Lohan actually lived for sometime.
However, Take-Two Interactive Software says this is just a coincidence and feels Lindsay Lohan is strictly suing as a tactic to gain more publicity. They claim the only similarities between the two are the fact that they're both young and blonde women.
"Her claim is so legally meritless that it lacks any good-faith basis, and can only have been filed for publicity purposes," Take-Two said in filed court papers.
It's currently unknown what exactly Lindsay Lohan expects to gain in return of the lawsuit against the makers of Grand Theft Auto V, but early reports said Lohan was seeking "serious money."
