So U2 had pulled out from their supposed week long residency at the Tonight Show because of Bono, lead singer of U2, had a bike accident and needed a surgery to repair it. Because of that, there had been question as to who will replace the band during their absence. Jimmy Fallon had the answer, the show must go on.

U2 was supposed to start its weeklong residency on The Tonight Show but had to postpone after poor Bono met a bike accident in Central Park and needs a surgery on his arm. The rest of the band suggest that their gig be rescheduled and assured everyone that Bono will be able to fully recover soon.
