New Cemu Update Upscales Wii U Games in 4K

With the highly anticipated release of the Nintendo Switch just within the next few weeks, some Wii U owners are concerned whether Nintendo and its partners will continue to make games for the rather outdated console. The Cemu emulator, which recently rolled out an update, allows existing Wii U games to be played at 4K resolution.

Japanese tech company Nintendo recently announced that it is offering 500 fans the chance to play the upcoming game “The Legend of Zelda” on Wii U way ahead of its official release.
