Charmayne "Maxee" Maxwell of Brownstone, who died due to a mysterious fall last Friday, may be due to a cause of an unfortunate chain of events for the late singer, NY Daily News reports. During further investigation, no signs of crime occurred in the household, only there was strong evidence that the singer bled to death after suffering a backward fall and gashing her neck with the broken shards of the wine glass she was holding, according to the law enforcement sources via TMZ.
