A federal infringement lawsuit was recently filed by a group of tattoo rights holders against “NBA2K” developer Take-Two Interactive. The group claims that Take-Two Interactive violated copyright infringement laws by not acquiring the necessary licenses for some of the tattoos included in the game.

Tech giant Microsoft has announced that it will start forcing Windows 10 updates on all systems that are eligible for the free update. Since this is a forced update, not much can be done by users to stop it as Microsoft is tagging the Windows 10 update as Recommended. This means that, if the system is eligible, it will be automatically downloaded and will also try to attempt a full install.
