iOS 8 and iOS 8.1 bring significant improvements for Apple mobile devices with a lot of new and great functions to iPad and iPhone models. New features include the QuickType keyboard, audio messaging and the Apple continuity functionality but there are still Android features that are missing from the iOS.

Adrian Ludwig, the head of Google's Android mobile software security team, said that Android 5.0 Lollipop will have a number of security upgrades that will help keep the owner's data safer, even as Android devices widen their reach, from tablets and phones, to cars and watches.
